Dealgo Dev. Studio (“Studio”, “Developer” or “we”) respect the privacy of the users of their mobile applications (“User” or “you”) and are committed to protect the User’s information. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect and how we collect, use, disclose, share and protect your information. Dealgo Dev. Studio recognizes the importance of protecting he information collected about you.

By installing the apps and games developed by Dealgo Dev. Please, consider if you, or, as applicable, your parents, or your legal guardian, disagree to any term provided herein, you may not install nor use the apps and games. Besides, you are requested to promptly erase them completely from your mobile device.

Information we collect

The information of your prefered language in your device is retrieved to display the application in the language that best fits to you. Besides that, we do not collect any personal information from you in our applications.

There is no use of camera nor microphone in our apps and games. Therefore, no information is retrieved from that source.

No information from you is sent to our servers.

Since there are some Ads in our applications and games, some info stored at your mobile device can be used to show you the comercials that fit better to your interests. Anyway, the apps and games of Dealgo Dev. Studio are not aware of this information.

Regarding social network interactions, there are no request from our applications about permissions nor password to authenticate on them. Our applications redirect to the interfaces that those social networks provide for that purposes.

In case you contact us via email, any information about you, including your email address and name, will not be stored in another server.

 

How do we use your information?

As told before, the only information we collect is the preferred language of your mobile device. This is used to display our applications and games in your preferred language in case it is available and implemented.

Any information you would provide us via email will not be stored. The email address will be used to reply that email in case it was requested by you in your communications with us.

 

How do we share your information?

As told before, we do not collect any information from you. Some third party advertising entities would display some advertisement ads in our applications using their own information about you.

Dealgo Dev. Studio application and games may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. You agree that Dealgo Dev. Studio will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and handling of that information.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident and an user of our applications and games, you are entitled to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain “personal information” (as defined in California Civil Code Section 1798.83) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and have provided us with personal information within the last year, you may make such a request by emailing us at dealgodevs@gmail.com and typing the following in he subject line of the email: “California Privacy Rights”.

Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. A request may be made no more tan once per calendar year and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the email address above.
